Financial Analysis That Actually Makes Sense

Running a business without understanding your liquidity and solvency is like driving blindfolded. You might be moving forward, but you have no idea what's coming next.

We built this program after watching too many capable business owners struggle with financial statements that seemed designed to confuse rather than clarify. Our autumn 2025 cohort focuses on practical financial analysis you can apply immediately—no accounting degree required.

Learn From People Who've Been There

Our instructors aren't just academics. They've all managed real businesses, navigated cash flow crises, and learned financial analysis the hard way—so you don't have to.

What You'll Actually Learn

This isn't a theory course. We focus on the financial metrics that matter for real business decisions—presented in a way that makes sense to people who aren't accountants.

1

Reading Financial Health

Understand what your balance sheet is really telling you. We skip the jargon and focus on the numbers that predict problems before they become crises.

2

Cash Flow Reality

Profit doesn't pay bills—cash does. Learn to forecast and manage liquidity in ways that actually reflect how your business operates.

3

Debt Structure Analysis

Not all debt is bad, but you need to understand what you're carrying. We'll show you how to evaluate solvency and plan for different scenarios.

4

Decision-Making Frameworks

Apply financial analysis to real business decisions. Should you expand? Take on that contract? These tools help you decide with confidence.
